Charlene/Josh:
I found your book to be quite inlightening and stimulating and I feel it would be an insightful read for my clients but I have one challenge. So much of the examples and resources are focused on blockbuster companies. Where might I find "groundswell" education for the true small business?
Sure there is free blog and disucssion forum technology available but tools beneath this surface are not common. If you come to Charlotte, NC any time I would like to get your feedback directly.
